We have successfully used V-Tec for commercial and private projects, both with traditional and ICF wall construction. V-Tec is fast and easy to install, saving valuable time on site. It's of great benefit when used with ICF as walls and floors can be poured at the same time.

Morgan Restoration chose V-Tec for a large residential project in Swanley employing a steel framed structure. Spanned between the steel joists V-Tec provided a cost effective, lightweight concrete floor.
